The legendary Tai Ping Street is a place where neither the underworld nor the law can engage in violence. Traumatized by the murder of his only son, Ye Tianqing (Jiang Tao), the powerful underworld figure Ye Gaitian (played by Wong Tak-bun) establishes a peaceful code for Taiping Street.
