Né à Paris, scénariste et réalisateur, Yoni Darmon est diplômé de l'école de cinéma de Tel-Aviv "Camera Obscura. Après avoir écrit et réalisé des courts métrages primés en Israël : « gardener game » (12 mn) , « hachaverim shel Ilan »(25 mn). Il écrit et réalise son premier Long métrage "Game Over" (84 mn, 1996) qui sera présenté dans de nombreux festival à travers le monde: Montréal, Ankara, Los Angeles, Prague, Haifa… Il a également écrit pour la télévision israélienne: « The big Grossman » (Channel 3) Pour le cinéma, Il co-signe le scénario "Victor Young Perez" pour Noé productions et Mazel film, réalisé par Jacques Ouaniche.
