Yael Lavie is an American-Israeli Journalist and documentary filmmaker with 25 years experience in broadcast story telling and reportage. An Emmy award winning journalist, Lavie was a senior producer for ABC NEWS and Middle East Bureau chief for SKY News reporting on the aftermath of 9/11 from New York City, London and Baghdad for more than a decade. She has independently directed and written two documentaries; How We Won - the untold story of Egypt during the October war (2013) and Why Didn’t You Say So (2017).
