Tan Jiahao (Xiong Tsai Xia) was born in Shunde, Guangdong in 1989 and graduated in 2012 from the School of Foreign Languages of South China Normal University, majoring in Russian. Nowadays living in Guangzhou, he is an editor and part-time rescue of stray animals.
