Xenia is a filmmaker and co-founder of Sleepwalker. Her short film, ALO, was programmed at the BFI London Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival London, and Encounters. Xenia’s previous writer/director/producer work includes MY FILIPINO (premiered at LSFF), BACKBONE (nationally broadcast on BBC Three), SEW (commissioned by Talkies and the Emerging Voices Film Foundation), and PORCELAIN (commissioned by the Roundhouse). Xenia was Development & Production Executive on THE CONTESTANT and Junior Producer on DONNA (BAFTA-longlisted) for Misfits Entertainment, where she worked from 2018-2022. She is a recipient of the John Brabourne Award, BAFTA Mentorship, and has participated in BFI Network’s Shorts2Features and NETWORK@LFF programmes.
