Farrell got his start in adult entertainment at 19 in 1990 when he starred in his first title, Straight Studs 2, directed by John Summers. In 1991 Farrell would later be the cover star of another John Summers picture, Huge Double Impact. Farrell would later work on famous titles like Matt Sterling's Scorcher (1992) and Catalina's Sexpress (1992). On September 2, 1993, in his hometown of Providence, Farrell was sadly killed in an accidental hit and run; it is said Farrell was struck by the vehicle as he was urinating on the side of the road late in the evening. Farrell was only 22 years old.
