After doing the first regional production of First Date in 2015, he moved to Los Angeles, CA with his husband Tim O'Leary, a screenwriter, for work in Film/TV. Robert is also a writer and producer with a focus on LGBTQ-inclusive works. He sings with a barbershop quartet, #TheAccidentals, who have been featured on Comedy Central, Jenny Lewis on the Line, and in a Geico spot.
