He obtained third place in the First National Feature Film Script Contest organized by IMCINE with his script "Navegantes del Río Churubusco." His short film "Complesso da camera" was presented at the Venice International Film Festival, and his film "El centro del laberinto" was nominated for the Ariel Awards. He is responsible for the PAPIME projects "Implementation of a Center for the Production of Interactive Teaching Material in Digital Media to support academic activities and promotion at ENAP" and "Construction of Cultural Imaginaries and Spatial Representation in Artistic Manifestations linked to 19th century Mexico." Currently, he is a PhD candidate in Art History at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters, UNAM.
