Luke Morgan is an Irish writer and director. His short film "The Boat" (2023) won the "Gran Prix Irish Short Award" at Cork International Film Festival and "Best Irish Short" at Foyle Film Festival in 2023, both Academy-Award-Qualifying distinctions.
