Worked in the movie VIP's, directed by ToniKo Melo, with the actor Wagner Moura (Narcos) produced by Fernando Meirelles (City of God) Oscar nominee. His latest film is Maverick: Manhunt Brazil, where Ruschel acted and directed the movie. The film Won four awards including the Spot Light Award in the Los Angeles Brazilian Film Festival and the Best Independent Film at the International Film Festival in Rio de Janeiro - FICA. And was part of the Official Selection of the Mostra de Cinema Imperial, 2017. Now the movie can be watched at Telecine Action, Canal Brasil, and in VOD on Netnow, iTunes and Google Play.
