Elif Demiroğlu is a Turkish-German director, writer, and producer based in Berlin. After a decade in architecture and urban design, she pivoted to filmmaking to explore class, migration, and gender through dark comedy and emotional precision. Her debut short film Traces (2025) — a feminist drama about invisible labor and quiet rebellion — is currently on the festival circuit, officially selected for Cine Tejo International Short Film Festival in Portugal.
