Dushant Kirpalani (born October 2, 1982) is an Indian television writer and producer. Having grown up in Hong Kong and India, Kirpalani has a diverse perspective on characters and story. Later, he landed his first job as a copywriter in an advertising agency which led to being staffed on The Great Indian Comedy Show. He soon relocated to Los Angeles for the MFA Screenwriting program at NYFA. Kirpalani stayed on in LA to work as a stand-up comedian for six years, opening for headliners as he continued to hone his craft on the page. As one of the finalists of the ABC-Disney Fellowship, Kirpalani has gone on to write for Puppy Dog Pals (Disney Junior), WWE's SmackDown Live, and the Christian family drama The Baxters (Prime Video)
