Brice Weeks Armstrong (Born January 3, 1936 in Dallas, Texas) was an anime voice actor who primarily worked on the properties of FUNimation. His most well known role is that of Doctor Tim Marcoh on the hit series Fullmetal Alchemist. Armstrong was also well known for his role playing Captain Ginyu and Lord Slug on Dragon Ball Z. He was also the narrator for the series, Dragon Ball.
