Alice Maio Mackay (born 4 August 2004) is an Australian filmmaker best known for writing and directing the 2023 queer horror films T Blockers and Satranic Panic. Since 2017, Maio Mackay has produced work under her own company, One Manner Productions. Many of her works are crowdfunded. After directing a string of short films, Maio Mackay's debut feature, So Vam, was released in 2021, followed by Bad Girl Boogey the next year. Her subsequent two features, T Blockers and Satranic Panic, premiered in 2023. Maio Mackay's fifth feature film was announced in May 2023. The title, Carnage for Christmas, was revealed that August. It released on May 4, 2024, at the Salem Horror Fest. Maio Mackay's made her on-screen acting debut in 2024 with Louise Weard's Castration Movie, playing the character of Alyssa.
