Adul first appeared on television when he got small roles in the musical sinetron 'Ratu Malu and Jendral Kancil'. After that, he was trusted to be a model for the music video for the music group Sheila On 7 entitled 'Pemuja Rahasia' together with actress Jessica Mila in 2004. After that, Adul and his group changed their group name back to 7ikans (parodying 7icons) and released the recycled single Andeca Andeci by Oslan Husein and Warkop DKI.
