Oppenheim, Germany, May 1945. The war is in its final epilogue. Adolf Hitler committed suicide and Nazi troops are capitulating strait from the grip of the Allied forces. In a small English field hospital conducted by Dr. Smith, are working Abby Taylor and Adele Evans, two brave nurses who take care of so many wounded soldiers from the front.
