Himuro (Yasukaze Motomiya) launches an all-out assault on the Okada Union, led by Okada (Yuki Matsumura) of the Marugami-kai. While the police suspect Kyowakai’s involvement in the string of attacks, the group feigns innocence. Acting on Kuroiwa’s (Susumu Terajima) tip, Special Investigator Matsumiya (Gen Hongo) summons Okada, but the tense exchange nearly turns explosive.
