Six-year-old Tobias is crazy about birds and wants a parrot, but his mother doesn't want the mess in the apartment. Tobias rescues a sparrow that is stuck in some bushes. The sparrow turns out to be a blind fairy who, as a thank you, will grant Tobias a wish. Will he now get the parrot he wants? The blind fairy has promised to conjure up a parrot for Tobias.
