A Mexican man (Uncle John) played by (Danny Trejo) seeks to avenge his brothers murder when he attempts to cross the US/Mexican border. (Bondo) (Uncle John's nephew) played by (Douglas Spain) attempts at completing his fathers journey North. "A bad Tijuana cop" harasses Bondo's and his many attempts at crossing.
