There is a serial killer called The Wet Slasher murdering women in Los Angeles. At the same time stand-up comic Millie Barker was kicked off a reality show just as she was close to winning a house and now she has been banished to a small, scary desert town called Argus for the past five years. Millie decides to get back at the show's producer, Regina Worthington, by kidnapping her wife, aspiring actress Andrea Worthington.
