This is the second film in the Gachiban MAX series of juvenile delinquent action films, filmed in a guerrilla style and featuring realistic fight scenes. Kuronaga Yuto (Kubota), who took control of Shibuya in the first film, moves into Kabukicho in Shinjuku.
