Tamotsu Iwaki (Masaya Kato), also known as "The Dandruff Cancer," was admitted to a juvenile training school in the summer when he was 18 years old after being hit with dirt on his car. At first he is at odds with Ginji (Shinobu Sakagami) and others, but eventually a friendship develops between them.
