A winter holiday story about a girl who runs a boarding house in the mountains. The new highway has unfortunately passed the guesthouse and no one looks into it anymore, the guesthouse goes bankrupt. It is Christmas Eve evening. And just on this evening, three suspicious men unexpectedly arrive at the guesthouse. The game begins, a spiral of mutual suspicion and accusations is set in motion. Nevertheless, everyone tries to spend Christmas Eve solemnly and with dignity. And it is only during the dressing of the Christmas tree and Christmas Eve dinner that each of the men discovers his true face and his reasons for coming to Basia's boarding house.
